To ensure European Employability, EMA will continue to
- develop new vocational training programmes relevant for today’s labour markets
- improve and widen co-operation with stakeholders – students, faculty, industry, professional bodies
- promote mobility within and beyond Europe through public and private sponsoring as well as support
- focus on new technologies and „blended“ learning to further improve access to its programmes
- enhance its external quality control
- increase its membership, especially reaching out to Higher Education institutions from central and east European countries
- design follow-up courses to support and promote continuous professional development of its graduates
